How to Use and Care for Washable Nursing Pads
Using washable nursing pads is simple, natural, and comfortable in every mom’s daily routine. Depending on the model and the intensity of your milk flow, the changing frequency may vary: every 6 hours for Slim pads, every 9 hours for Day pads, and up to 12 hours for Night pads. Of course, you can change them whenever you feel the need — after a let-down or based on your breastfeeding rhythm.
To maintain their absorption properties and ensure perfect hygiene, proper care is essential. We recommend machine washing after each use and washing at 60°C (140°F) at least once a week to eliminate bacteria. You can wash them together with your baby’s laundry.
Drying can be done in open air, in a dry and well-ventilated place, or in the dryer for added convenience.
With regular use and proper care, your reusable washable pads will maintain their absorbency and support you comfortably throughout your breastfeeding period.
