COVID-19 : due to the current health situation, delivery times are indicative. Postal services are not in a position to guarantee them 100 %.

2. Returns

An article that you ordered is not the right size, or doesn't firt? At Cache Cœur you are not blamed for having been mistaken!

Return conditions

  • A full refund, excluding shipping charges, will be issued on unworn merchandise within 30 business days. The refund will be issued to the original form of payment.
  • All returned merchandise must be unmarked with original ticketing & tags attached.
  • Hosiery, lingerie, and swimwear may be returned when unworn and in original packaging OR with original ticketing.
  • We do not accept returns for soiled or washed merchandise.
  • We do not accept In-Store purchases to be returned via the mail.
  • We do not accept clearance and closeout items to be returned or exchanged.
  • We do not accept garments returned outside the 30 days period starting from the delivery date of your order.
  • The merchandise will be sent back to you if the above conditions are not met. 

Mailing your Internet Return

  • Please send an email to contact@cachecoeur.com by indicating your surname, your order number and the article (s) concerned by the refund.
  • After processing your enquiry, you will receive by email a return sheet with a return number.
  • Place this sheet in the package when you return your item.
  • Use a sturdy box or envelope. Be sure to get a tracking number or insurance for your Return in the event the package is lost or misdirected. We are not responsible for return packages lost in transit.
  • It is your responsibility to pay for the shipping of unwanted items back to us.
  • The merchandise must be returned within 30 days from the delivery date of your order.

When will I receive my refund?


The refund of returned items is carried out as soon as possible and can be no later than 14 days after the receipt of your return. Once the products are received, controlled and accepted by our logistics team, the reimbursement of the products can be realized. You will be reimbursed through the same payment mean you used when you placed your order.


Can I exchange an article?


To make it way easier, we will refund the amount of the returned product(s) if they are not suitable for you. If you want a new size, model or other color, you just need to re-order at our online store.
